Crafty Harry is a sole trader based in Southampton, UK. We’re the “controller” of your personal information. Contact us at info@craftyharry.co.uk.
2. What information we collect
- Enquiries and orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and the details of what you order, including any names, dates, photos or wording you send.
- Payments: we don’t store your card details. Payments are handled by [payment provider(s)].

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To make and deliver your order and answer your questions (contract, and legitimate interests in replying to you).
- To keep business and tax records (legal obligation).
- To send our newsletter or marketing (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To understand how our website is used and to show relevant ads (your consent, through our cookie banner).
- To protect our site, prevent spam and handle complaints (legitimate interests).
4. Who we share it with
We only share what’s needed, and never sell your information. Depending on your order, this may include:
- Couriers and postal services, to deliver your order [name them].
- Payment providers [name them].
- Our website host, email provider (Hostinger) and email delivery tools.
- Our mailing list provider [name].
- Google (website analytics) and Meta (Facebook advertising and Messenger), if you accept the relevant cookies or contact us there.
- Our accountant [if applicable] and anyone we’re legally required to share information with.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law.
5. How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: at least the period required for tax purposes (usually five years after the relevant tax filing deadline).

Our website isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. Orders for children’s gifts should be placed by a parent, carer or other adult.

We use reasonable technical and practical measures to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
