How long does an order take?
Most orders are made and ready within 2–3 working days. If you need something for a special date, just let us know and we’ll do our best.
Can I order something that isn’t listed?
Absolutely. Tell us your idea through the form, Messenger or WhatsApp and we’ll let you know what we can create.
How do I pay?
We accept All Major Credit and Debit Cards | BACS | Paypal. Payment is taken once we’ve confirmed all the details of your order.
Do you post orders?
Yes, we post with Royal Mail and DPD, carefully packaged. Local collection is also available.
Can I order in bulk or for a party?
Yes! We love party favours, class gifts and group orders. Get in touch with the quantity you need and we’ll give you a price.
What if I need to change my order?
Get in touch as soon as you can. If we haven’t started making it, we’re usually happy to make changes.
